Stay Healthy To Enjoy The Gift Of Life


Life is only traveled once.
One should be in good health to enjoy the gift of life.
Here are some tips to achieve good health.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
  • Play more games and do exercise regularly
  • Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
  • Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
  • Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer.
  • Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  • Read more books.
  • Take a 30 minutes walk every day.
  • Sleep for 7 to 8 hours.

    but i've heard sleep less than 7-8 hour make we life longer is'nt true?
